Miss America 2010| Miss America Winner 2010 Fotos Video - Miss America pageant organizers say contestants from New York, Virginia, California and Puerto Rico have won awards during two preliminary competitions in Las Vegas.

 Miss America 2010 Winner Caressa Cameron - Miss California Kristy Cavinder won a $2,000 scholarship Wednesday for her ballet performance from "Le Corsaire."

Miss New York Alyse Zwick won a $1,000 scholarship during the swimsuit competition.

Miss Virginia Caressa Cameron won the talent competition Tuesday night by singing Beyonce's "Listen."

Miss Puerto Rico Mimi Pabon won the swimsuit contest.

Seventeen contestants were scheduled to compete Thursday night in the talent competition, while 18 were due to strut in bathing suits.

The preliminaries count toward the final competition, to be held Saturday at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Kebanyakan kasus yang terjadi umumnya disebabkan pria tidak memiliki kemampuan mempertahankan ereksi penis yang memadai untuk melakukan hubungan seksual yang memuaskan, atau disebut disfungsi ereksi. Sayangnya, hanya sedikit kasus disfungsi ereksi yang terungkap dan mendapat penanganan medis yang tepat. Hanya sekitar 13 persen penderita yang sudah tanggap informasi sehingga mau mencari pengobatan yang benar.

Adapun sebagian besar lainnya menutup diri karena tidak mengerti, malu, menganggap hal itu bukan penyakit, dan kemungkinan karena dokter yang menangani tidak siap.

Tingkat kerasnya ereksi pada pria menentukan kualitas hubungan seksual. Ketika seorang pria berhasil mendapatkan tingkat kerasnya ereksi secara maksimal, maka pasangan bisa mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan yang optimal, dan secara individu mampu mendapatkan rasa utuh pada sisi kehidupan yang lainnya.

Dari hasil penelitian juga terungkap bahwa sebagian besar penyebab perempuan sulit untuk mencapai orgasme adalah faktor suami.

''Kebanyakan memang faktor suaminya. Misalnya, ereksi tidak bagus, ejakulasi dini, dan ketidakmampuan untuk merangsang istri, atau kurang foreplay,'' ujar Prof Dr dr Wimpie Pangkahila, SpAnd, FAACS, Ketua Asosiasi Seksologi Indonesia dan Guru Besar Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Udayana.

Dari sisi perempuan, ketidakpuasan seksual juga disebabkan perempuan enggan berdiskusi soal seks dengan pasangan sehingga mereka tidak terbuka saat gagal mencapai orgasme.

''Perempuan juga punya andil. Misalnya dia mengalami sakit diabetes, gangguan hormonal saat mau datang bulan, atau akibat kadar testosteron dan esterogen yang mengatur alat vital dalam tubuhnya mengalami gangguan,'' papar Wimpie.

Satu hal lagi yang tidak kalah penting adalah suasana atau faktor lingkungan. ''Misalnya perempuan tidak sedang mood untuk berhubungan karena habis bertengkar, atau karena ada hal-hal yang belum terselesaikan sehingga ia tidak fokus dengan hubungan intim itu,'' paparnya.
